Championsgate golf complex designed by Greg Norman and also the Reunion resort is only a couple of minutes away along with almost forty other golf couses within the Davenport area and also with the new giant Posner Park retail complex only 8 minutes away Davenport caters for both sports fantatics and professional shoppers alike.
Our home is close to Supermarkets and restaurants and a new retail park has just opened with a large new "Publix" supermarket and several other stores and fast food outlets.
We have recently added "Road Runner" high speed internet and also a new computer along with "Digital 200+ channel cable TV" plus new for this year is the addition of free phone calls to the U.K. and the U.S.A.
All new bedding, guest towels and kitchenware have also been added this year.
"Sunridge Woods" is an established upmarket community where houses are built on quarter acre lots and pools are very private. Unfortuately some newer communities in Davenport have been developed to squeeze as many homes as possible onto an area of land resulting in what is now classed as "Zero lots" with no or little space between properties.
