Welcome to our beautiful lakeside villa situated on a very spacious quarter acre lot at the head of a quiet cul de sac within the very prestigious and peaceful Sunridge Woods development.
This estate was built at a time before developers on newer sites decided to maximise profit by squeezing rows of identical homes to within touching distance of each other and pools so close that if a neighbour jumped into their pool you got splashed !!!
Our home is ideally situated 15 minutes from Disney and is also close to golf courses, shopping and restaurants.
Davenport is perfectly located for easy access to the the main "Interstate 4" which leads to the airport and Orlando or to Tampa and Miami.
A short drive up Old Lake Wilson leads to the "famous 192" with an abundance of restaurants, stores and malls along both sides of this well loved highway. Look out for Red Lobster, Golden Corral, Perkins and the Longhorne or Outback steakhouses.
The villa boasts a large 30' swimming pool with a separate linked spa and also features a 20' x 8' lanai providing a shaded area to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a peaceful haven to sip a chilled glass of wine and unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks.
The pool sits on the edge of the lake which shimmers in the sunshine during the day and reflects the moons rays in the evening. You are also most welcome to grab a fishing pole from the games room and try and catch the elusive "Big Bass" as long as you promise to release him back for future guests.
Pool heating is also offered in the cooler months as an extra option and will heat both the pool and spa to around 84 degrees.
A table, chairs and loungers are also available for the exclusive use of our guests.
The spacious home offers five large bedrooms including the master with an en-suite.
All bedrooms contain large closets, ceiling fans, 70+ channel TVs and an internal intercom/radio system.
Particular attention has been paid to the overall ambience and we have therefore recently added new bedding, pillows and comforters throughout the rooms.
As well as the en-suite Super king bed (US King)there are also two further King (US queen) bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all recently decorated and feature neutral, fresh colors.
The main living area is an open plan design with a high vaulted ceiling offering a bright and spacious feel.
The family room features three sofas, music system and a newly added 200+ digital television service.
A new computer system is now installed and features high speed "Road Runner" internet service. We also offer free USA calls and Free Uk calls during your stay.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, range, and a large fridge freezer.
All new pots and pans were added recently along with new flatware, utensils, bakeware and glassware for our guests.
The open hallway also offers storage and features a selection of board games and books.
This oversize kitchen area allows room for a seperate dining table and chairs for informal meals or for family meetings to decide which parks are the favourite for today.
The kitchen leads off to a seperate utility area which houses a washer and seperate dryer.
When both the little kids and big kids finally get fed up swimming send them along to the games room where they can play pool, indoor football or air hockey.
There is also a couple of fishing poles available if there are keen fishermen in the party.
Kissimmee not only offers the famous theme parks of Disney, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and Universal Studios but also a range of activities including Hot Air Ballooning, Horse Riding, Air Boat Rides and numerous day trips.
Evening entertainment includes Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede, Arabian Nights and Medieval times dinner shows.
If "shop till you drop is on your agenda" head for the Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, Mall at Millennia and Lake Beuna Vista stores.
The Prime outlets (formerly Belz) still offer great deals on footwear and designer labels.
Our home also offers a seperate formal dining area with eight chairs offering lots of room for the whole family to dine in style.
Championsgate complex is a couple of minutes away and features a large Publix supermarket, Macdonalds, Italian restaurant and Chinese where you can eat-in or take out.
Deliveries are also available from the above restaurants.
A small gas station is situated very close to the main gates of Sunridge Woods and they offer grocery items and a small selection of convenience foods.
The information pack situated in the villa also offers more information and maps of the area along with coupons and discount ticket information for the area.
